Thekabarnews.com—Buyers have officially sold out a batch of ultra-premium modern villas in BSD City. The prices reached up to Rp89 billion per unit, indicating strong demand from Indonesia’s super-high-end property market.
Botanic Villa is a joint venture between Sinar Mas Land and Hongkong Land. It is located in the exclusive development of NavaPark BSD City in Serpong, Tangerang, Banten.
Developers launched a total of 14 super-premium residential villas priced between Rp50 billion and Rp89 billion. Buyers sold out all units in less than five months after the official launch in October 2025.
“The rapid sell-out was proof of the strong purchasing power and interest from the ultra-luxury residential segment,” said Herry Hendarta, Deputy Group CEO of Strategic Development and Assets of Sinar Mas Land, as quoted in Antara.
Buyers sold out the luxury residences in less than five months after their launch.
“Really, it proves the strong demand from the super-high-end segment for exclusive premium housing in BSD City,” Herry said.
Luxury homes continue to be very attractive to wealthy buyers, he said, because they offer complete facilities, exclusive environments, and strategic locations.
Botanic Villa is a property built on ‘The Art of Scarcity.’ In this project, exclusivity becomes part of the product’s value,” he said.
Each unit consists of a three-story building with a floor area of 744 square meters. The land measures from 726 square meters to 1,024 square meters.
“From the very first day of launch, there was public enthusiasm for the project,” Herry said.
The market’s reaction to Botanic Villa was excellent from the beginning.
“In a relatively short time, the market absorbed all units, showing strong consumer confidence in the property products we offer,” he said.
Interestingly, the largest villa type, with a land size of up to 1,024 square meters, became the fastest-selling and most sought-after unit.
“Such demand proves a shift in the luxury market where high-net-worth buyers are looking for more space, more privacy, and more exclusivity than merely simple prestige,” Herry added.
The robust sales performance further consolidates Botanic Villa’s standing as one of the most sought-after super-premium resort villa products. This is true not just in BSD City, but also in the Greater Jakarta metropolitan area.
The luxury housing segment in Indonesia is resilient despite broader economic uncertainty. High-net-worth buyers continue seeking long-term assets in prime locations.
Botanic Villa’s complete sell-out shows that for the country’s wealthiest buyers, scarcity, prestige, and lifestyle value are still strong drivers. They still motivate property investment decisions.
