“Prosecutors gave 16 health workers at Puskesmas Ella Hilir, Melawi Regency, Rp43,330,000 in cash as proof,” the office said on Monday, February 16.
The Special Crimes Section head, Rasyid Kurniawan, and the Asset Recovery and Evidence Management Section head, Andi Yaprizal, attended the event to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the process.
According to officials, the execution was in line with the prosecutor’s duty under Article 342, paragraph (1) of Law Number 20/2025, which is about the Criminal Procedure Code. This step is also part of the plan to make public service more professional and better at fighting corruption.
