Pontianak, Thekabarnews.com—The management of Hotel Kapuas Dharma in Pontianak will formally stop all hotel operations, Tuesday, January 20.
The hotel management announced through its official Instagram account, @hotelkapuasdharma, and an internal memo that the closure will stay in place until further notice. There has been no word on when the business will reopen.
In its formal statement, the management thanked guests, business partners, and the community at large for their support throughout the years. They agreed that client trust and loyalty were crucial to the hotel’s success.
“We sincerely thank you for your trust and loyalty. We will always remember the amazing experiences we had with you and are extremely grateful for the chance to serve you,” the hotel management said in a release.
Hotel Kapuas Dharma also apologized to the public for any trouble the temporary closure may have caused. The hotel management emphasized that they made the decision carefully and urged the public to exercise patience during this period.
