Thekabarnews.com—West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi is back in the news because he went to check out the roads in different parts of West Java. He will go to southern West Java on Sunday, February 15. This visit comes after a long trip to Pangandaran.
Dedi rode a motorcycle to see the sights, but other leaders in the area don’t. He checked that everything in Indramayu, Sumedang, Majalengka, Ciamis, Banjar, Pangandaran, and Subang was in excellent shape, even the roads.
“We would leave for Tasikmalaya, Garut, and Cianjur the next day. Today we are going through Banjar, Ciamis, Majalengka, Indramayu, Subang, Pangandaran, and Sumedang,” Dedi said, Saturday, February 14.
It wasn’t just polite to look around. The governor said he personally inspected the area to assess cleanliness, drainage performance, and spatial planning along major interregional roads. He could see the road and the things around it better when he rode a motorcycle.
Dedi was in Majalengka with Rita Suwadi, the police chief; Eman Suherman, the Majalengka regent; and other officials from West Java.
He is working on the project as part of his yearly review of how well he leads. Dedi said that writing reports is just as important as going to inspections in person. The method helps make sure the government is doing its job right.
Many people like it. Social media users praised the governor for his swift action and his commitment to monitoring infrastructure. Many other people thought the move was a sign that the government was in charge and doing something.
Good roads that connect people play an essential role in supporting business, boosting tourism, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Soon, the provincial government will go to places that need help making plans for the short and long term.
Many people are following the tour as it goes through Tasikmalaya, Garut, and Cianjur. The road inspection program shows that the area needs leaders who are honest, present, and willing to face problems head-on. If the region wants to grow, it must have those leaders.
