The minister said that the government has thought of different ways to help people who still do not have homes. The Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) is one of the most important programs. Anyone who meets the requirements can get a mortgage loan with a low interest rate.
“The state will help people who do not have a home yet. People who make less than UMR can apply for the program, but people who make more than the maximum income limit cannot,” Maruarar said on Tuesday, March 3. He made this statement when he visited Parit Baru Village in Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan.
The minister said that the program is for people who do not make a lot of money, like workers who make between Rp2 million and Rp3 million a month. However, to be eligible, people must make at least Rp9 million a month. This is the highest level of income set by the government.
The FLPP (Housing Financing Liquidity Facility) program is for Indonesians who are ineligible for regular housing loans due to insufficient income, meaning they do not earn enough to qualify for standard loan terms. It helps them get homes. In addition, the plan’s goal is to help people with low incomes pay their mortgages by lowering interest rates. It does this by giving them loans that the government will pay back.
