1. Freedom of the Press and Independence of the Editorial Board.
Law No. 40 of 1999 on the Press protects TheKabarNews.com’s right to freedom of the press. Any group, including the government, political parties, advertisers, or other outside interests, does not interfere with, censor, or exert pressure on the editorial content.
2. The Right to Reply, Verification, and Accuracy.
TheKabarNews.com dedicates itself to responsible, accurate, and reliable reporting. Before publishing, all facts must be verified by reliable sources.
We recognize and preserve the right to reply and the right of correction for people or groups who are affected by our reporting, as required by Indonesian press legislation.
